Image Licensing

Image Licensing:
PittsburghSkyline.com photographs by Matt Robinson are available for commercial licensing and other various purposes. Please send inquires to matt@pittsburghskyline.com with an explanation of your desired use for a pricing quote.

All usage requires a paid license, without exception. The minimum licensing fees begin at $150.

Since June 2008, images are captured with the 21.1 Megapixel Canon EOS 1Ds Mark III with a mix of professional “L” series lenses. Prior to June 2008 the 12.8 Megapixel Canon EOS 5D was used with a mix of professional “L” series lenses.

A shorter series for September 2006
"Pittsburgh Pieces" for June 2006 - These photos were taken during a week I was home in June. I went to a couple Pirate games, and took a flight over the city (again), and photographed plenty of other subjects.
My brother and I went up to the West End Overlook to photograph the sunset. Instead, storms moved in just east of the city and provided spectacular results.
Hines Ward  
This is an impromptu set of scenes from the Steelers Super Bowl Parade and the post-Superbowl celebration in the city. Not wanting to miss the atmosphere back home for the Superbowl, I made a last minute trip up to southwestern PA the night before the game.

A night time Pittsburgh series from December and January 2006. This is a mixture of photos from around town during the some winter nights.
 
Here is an extensive series from August 2005, including photos from Heinz Field during a Steeler game. Among a few skyline vantage points are Spring Hill cemetery on the North Side, Mt. Washington, and the West End. Click the photo at right to view this set.
